A Novel Method for Discovering Process Based on the Network Analysis Approach in the Context of Social Commerce Systems

This study investigates the various motivations to equity crowdfunding in Malaysia. A total of 169 responses from survey questionnaires are used test relationships using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares. Investigation into influence both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators on willingness support shows that financial motive is insignificant influencing decision. Among motivators, aesthetic value, emotional novelty trust highly significant desire be part a community only motivator insignificant. The has positive likelihood invest crowdfunding.
